SM Wings 2 - Do they exist?

Hey there,

I'm not sure if this is just really bad luck or a bug, so I thought I'd post in here to find out.

As the title asks, do SM wings 2 exist in the game? I have crafted about 15 level 2 wings, and not received a single set of SM wings. I also see people on post asking for SM wings 2 quite often which tells me that they also can't craft them.
