I noticed the same thing, too. I dealt 10 dmg to yetis at lvl 50, even though I had weapons that should've dealt at least 400-600 dmg to them.
No it isn't. Feather drops in tarkan and 5shot drops from slightly higher mobs. People can kill 'em, simple as that.
You get PCpoints for killing boss monsters and event monsters. The PC point gain is disabled for now, but SephiroTH said he'll configure them...
