With rf lvl 300 i killed bouth, GGD and Iron, no problem there, just need some hp pots. Set was random crap items.

Yes, he can, but he need not crappy items set, but normal or good ancient or exc set. Also, BKs killing much longer then RFs do. So answer is pretty clear here, RF is OP.

And about summoners, yes, I played GMO then those chars was enabled, and yes they were also OP (but not that much as RF do now), but after update there was formula changed. So chars were, +/-, balanced once more.
