    As my teammates just mentioned, the rules also cover Harassment. But in order to judge such a report, we need to see evidence of such a degree of abusement.
    ( proper screen-shots, the atacker, C pressed so we can see if the victim is murderer, timestamps )

    That's alright power, next time I will have more solid proof if it happens again. This thread can be closed since I didn't have enough proof.
