It is because the crywolf event has been lost. It decreases drop rate in crywolf dramatically. :) U should try to hunt there when u've won the event.
So it's from 20 sec to 25 ? :) Cool.. It's better that way. Since in crowded spots it takes time to get the item/jewl u want behind all the other...
