seriously... as a RF u will see a very little dmg increase with each rr compared to other classes, im 6rr RF (Wrath) and my dmg isnt all that...

instead of starting the game with launcher.exe try starting it with main.exe (works for me when it has trouble connecting to update server)
my 0 rr summoner doesnt have any problems with berskerker skill either (only 1200ene but noticing like a 200-ish dmg increase)
