when wxactly the sever reopen after update

    i have seen in the web that it's said just w8 for 12-24 hours but i w8 almost 1.5 days and still nothing . i hope moderator and GM will open the sever soon , thx you alot
    i have one more question: do all the accounts will be delete ?
    plz don't, all my works will be ruin :)
