what happen when kill sum?

U can't say anything until you get on full stats.

There are two types of pvp ballances. Non RR max 400 lvl and full stats. Some chars will have a slighty advantage during the first few resets but eventually all gonna be equal. Ofc set and the player that handles the character will decide the pvp
