Can you send me the screenshot with their answer saying the problem is our site so @Gix can contact them their manager and fill a complaint of the support answer? The restriction comes either from the payment processor which is them or your country restrictions not from our site since we are just using their widget and we don't process any payments on our side. Paymentwall processes all payments, not us, we don't store any sensitive data on our website.
the problem is dont say nothing abt country restritions, im page to webmoney payment i can check money, i can balance, i can see allthing, but, when i click on submit buton, anything happed, page still freezing..i sended screenshot to paymenwall, and paymentwall say to me, enter in contact to ur website payments and looking for help guide..
If you are unable to make the payment the problem comes from them 100% since we use their payment widget and all payments are processed by them not by us. I'm sure you got an automated robot message because that is what they usually send for other gamingservers too. Send them another message saying there is no problem on our website side and they should check it why it doesn't let you make the payment. Have you tried to load your webmoney account and pay directly from it instead of using a prepaid card?
Yes, that's what you have to do and mention that you need a real person to answer as most are automated crap messages but someone will eventually take a look at the problem. These automated messages are given the same way to other mu servers and gameservers not just here. I can confirm that we sucessfully received several webmoney transactions from other countries though.
