   about vote reward, i can vote only for 1 account, for another accounts i cant vote because message is it "Your account already voted for this TopSite in the last 12 hours"
   
   
   majority have multiple accounts and for all is same problems? i mean can vote only for 1 account?

   Even if you have multiple accounts, you have the same IP address and we allow one vote / ip /12 hours just like any other servers.
   Voting for multiple accounts from the same IP won't bring any advantage to the server when it comes to votes and it is also considered an abuse and this is why almost all servers use this system so it's not just us who use it. It's perfectly normal.
