visual bug on bronze pants

    i made bronze pants+9, first i thought it was strange that when they turned +7 the effects completly dissapeared and when i made them +9 nothing changed

    confirmed it also from other people, so its not just my client.

    yeah i know its not a big deal but thought i would report it so you can fix it for next patch
