   Some people have life time vip status on diablo. Since the server right now has a countdown for VIP days, will the people loose all the items in the extra vault if the count go to 0? or will the administration set it to 30 days again just before that?

   No, because it will start automatically again from 30.

   Even if the vip expires for non-lifetime users, those items won't dissapear. They will simply can't access extended vaults.
   
   As for lifetime users, in case there are any problems with that just mail the donations departament, but lifetime is lifetime afterall
