Vault and F1 help

Would be cool if you guys manage to rise the 100m zen cap in vault cuz dieing results in loosing tons of cash.

Another thing is the F1 help. Would be cool to see the BC and DS lvl requerements for entering there in addition to the help page that has the commands list. I've seen this on some servers, there was an opportunity to multiple hit F1 and different help pages were showing.
