   Hello,
   In the description of 2.5 ingredient wing lile hell maine leather it says its possible to up+15 the wings using 15 of those ingredients, how does this work?

   That's only for the official server, it's not available in private servers. They used to do (not anymore) a custom service by adding some extra options for those who would pay for it about two years ago as you can read here. Also, it's pretty hilarious but wing lvl 2.5 cannot be mixed in the official server, they can only be purchased (proof) which is kinda lame.
