Unable to run BlizzardMu

So i just finished up doing a fresh reboot of my system since it crashed and now when i try to run BlizzardMu it won't open...go to properties and on the bottom it says "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer"

I think this has something to do with it...i've tried getting the group policy editor onto my computer but no matter what i try it won't download/work...

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

L.E. Was able to get rid of that problem but it still won't run...and yes i have tried running with different compatibility etc but nothing...btw running windows 7 here

 

any ideas?...i've also tried searching on google for an answer...

 

Run it as Administrator.
Add the game shortcut to Data Execution Prevention (DEP) exclusions.

1.My Computer > Properties
2.Advanced system settings > Advanced > Settings
3.Data Execution Prevention > Turn ON DEP for all programs and services except those I select
4.Now find your blizzmu shortcut and add it > Apply > OK > OK
5.Your PC may need a restart or not. You are ready to play.

 

Tried what digimortal said and still not doing anything....


What i get is nothing ...i am able to open launcher and click start game, but after that nothing pops up or gives me an error...i press start game and launcher goes away and nothing shows up

 

Check if your antivirus program deleted a file from the client during instalation.

Be sure you have latest .NET Framework and Microsoft Redistributable.

 

Finally am able to connect, had to redo some permissions etc for my hard drive and redownload the client/main/patch and it works
