Summoner skills working correctly?

Hello, I'm new to the server and i have a question about a couple of the summoner skills. Iv'e tried searching(also using the search function) on the forum for information about these skills and i could find nothing. I'm not the most forum savvy person so if i'm posting about something old sorry. I used to play on GMO a bit and i know a little bit about the game. I'm not that experienced with summoner but i am pretty certain that the skills pollution and chain lightning aren't working completely normal. Pollution only seems to hit once at the beginning of its casting but if i remember correctly the ghost is supposed to hit 2-3 times. As for chain lightning it hits 1 time also but i remember it hit twice on each casting. So my question is: Are these skills working as intended? and if not is it a known problem to the admins? Thanks in advance for any response.

oh i have this question too! so why sum cant use skill of book?

 

you just need to add more energy than what the requirement on the book says... maybe 100 more i think

 

Skills for books have a visual bug (Not sure about sets).
Lightning and pollution hit only once in the new seasons for balance issues (You're right, they used to hit 3x etc).
All skills work except we are missing one skill, but that's just that.
