Summmoner Skills

Hi, im new i started yesterday, well i have a problem with my summoner, always when i try to use the Books Skills(All of them), it says "You cannot use that skill." so someone can tell me whats happening? its really annoying to level my char, without those skills.

 

the stat requirements on the item are wrong i think its the mana most of the time, also finish your class change.

 

Well, the book just req, 411 mana, i have 600+ and im lvl 140, still dont have the level to make the quest

 

try getting about 10-15 over the stat requirement...it worked for me when i made a summoner

 

Close this pls, it started to work, it was the lack of mana, with 620 was enough for use it
