    Hello, I suggest a wipe is necessary for the 100xp server as it had been done before ,few times years ago.
    The reason being that all of the players have reached their goals and no longer feel interested to play, me including.That's why the server is dead.
    Maybe if you could make a date for the server wipe and let all of the old players know that the server is to be reborn as it had those few times before.
    Only a suggestion but the server is empty and that could be the spark it needs :smile:

    Obviously, the wipe is coming but we didn't want to do that during the summer when most people are inactive.

    A thread will be created in a few days so we can discuss over some aspects. After that we will have a closed followed by an open beta and eventually the wipe with the server going live.

    Sorry but it wasn't so obvious, the quicker you can advertise the wipe the more players will gather at the beta/release.

    I have no plan on rushing things up for now especially since I got some personal stuff going on right now as well.

    The beta will last for a month or so and there is plenty of time for people to find about the wipe.

    yes,we need a wipe in 100x mu server,that would be great! and cant wait for fresh start :)

    Speak for yourself. As far as goals being achieved theres still something one can do in the server , even if he already has all toons lvl 99 with perfect gear. Just hop in hardcore or softcore (whichever mode you arent playing) and go from scratch.

    @eissomesmo, this is a discussion for the game called MuOnline. The server name that we host is DiabloMu and it's not related to the Diablo II game at all. The wipe is reffering to the MU server.

    I've changed the thread title and removed the short server name that people use so there won't be any confusion, although you should have noticed the thread was started into a different forum :)

    Ho :D seems I'm just in time, by a chance I've been looking for a server to use to waste my upcoming winternights on, initially was looking for something lower rate, but if dmu is making another comeback I'll just have to come n see how many old faces are still returning.

    I could not notice that there was a discussion about which season EternalMu and BlizzardMu would go for ... Where does DiabloMu stand here?

    DiabloMu will be upgraded to ex702+. We will use a single server name and split into subservers with same accounts but different characters,settings, etc.
