Soul and Life Success Rates

    I've idea for 10x server. Soul and life rates important. % 50 success rate bad for life and soul (without luck).

    Because %50 jol rate actually = %6.25 chance to make add +16 (Too hard and not funny with same drop rate 100x. Need 150 jol to make +16 add)
    Please do between %60 or %70 this rates. (%60 = %13 --- %65 = %17.8 --- %70 = %24)

    Same thing for soul without luck. %50 success rate actually = %12.5 chance to make +6 to +9
    %60-70 sould be better. (%60 = %21.5 --- %65 = %27.5 --- %70 = %34)

    Jewels success rates are different in x10 server since the server is harder, detailed description will be added in a few days as mentioned on website. And you don't need 150 jols to make an item +16 add in x100, not even when it was 50% (it's been changed to 70% life success rate few weeks ago), besides the fact that +add option has 0.01% effect in a reset server. As for soul w/o luck success rate in x100 that's more appropiate since there is a higher jewels drop rate due to spots in all maps and higher rewards so you get plenty of jewels to up your items, while in x10 we'll probably set it to 70% w/o luck and 90% with luck.

    By the way, how you come up with that success rate formula? I can't see the logic behind it.

    Not a formula, just statistic.
    For life ; need 4x times jol rigt ? If 1 success rate = %50 , 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5 = %6,25 chance at 1 time to add +16. Sorry i was wrong about jol. 100/6.25 = 16 and 16x4 = 64 jol avarage
    For soul ; 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5 = %12.5 chance to +9 Thats mean %87.5 chance will fail without luck. But lets say we did +7 then 0.5 x 0.5 = %25 chance to +9 without luck

    Well that's just theory but it doesn't really work that way. You can get lucky and up your 4/5 items max from the first try and get stucked trying 3-4 times on a single item from an entire set.

    Of course if im lucky, i can do at 1 time. But statistically %50 success rate w/o luck, all players will lose like 40b and 20s average at doing just for a +9 item.
    Success rate calculating is hard. Easy way increase soul/bless drop rates a little :) Of course if we taking a scale 100x

    Not really but let's not discuss about x100 server here since you're suggestion goes to the x10 server. If you want to make a suggestion about soul success rate for the x100 server open a thread in the right forum. JOL rate is 70% on x100 server too.

    Jewels success rate for x10 are going to be 70% soul w/o luck and 90% with luck. 70% success rate for life.
