Socket items and Seeds Question

hey everyone, hey gix.
i know this might be a stupid question but its diffeernt from server to server so i want to make sure

its about socket items and seeds. i wanted to ask if in our server it is possible to add the same seed on the same item more than once.
meaning for example.

to amke gloves with 4 sockets look like this

+8% hp +8% hp+9% ref +9% ref.
or 4 options of +9% ref. thank you for reading .

No, you only can add 1 socket type / item 1xdd,1xref and so on.

Adding same option more times would be too much and it will ruin PvP.

 

if you saw other server stacking seeds like this, well they are not smart enough, they might not know how seeds work ...
different kind of seeds had different functions, how could you maximize their use if you stack seeds like this?
