server up login on . hack massage

hallo problem when connect.

lancer works fine.
login works fine (password-username)
when you select one of your character to play. works fine
after you select a character and you see him in game.
you take dessconect after 1 sec.
and massage in explorer. about hack & cheats.
server is emty i thing all have same problem like me.
