highly doubt that we'll ever be able to make 4th wings, because would make donators have less of an advantage...and why would he buy...when he could just make them???????

humm, no offense but when people usually post there vault on the forum, it's usually like hackers come and take my jwls

 

cause the success rate will be so low? 1st lvl 100%, 2nd lvl 90%, 3rd lvl 40% 4th?? like 10 i guess x).

 

if he has that many jewels he could try many times...before he would use up his jewels...where as buying 1 pair=all jwls...and like i also said...i very highly doubt that sephi will implement the 4th wing making if there is one...because it would give donators less of an advantage over the non donators...unless sephi and his team come up with something else that will help out the donators first

 

It's quite pointless to explain that to a noob,but I think he appreciated your attempt.
Anyway,donors get full option level 4 wings,and they are available for a life time.Ordinary players don't.

 

how about you don't go around name calling!! and normal users have a chance at lvl 4 wings already with the most online contest, and again by allowing normal users to make it would make one less thing that donators have that we don't...in other words they won't be only ones who can get lvl 4 wings

Yes,but it's quite hard to obtain the pair of wings via that system,so it's better to donate for them.

as im thinking they could just upgrade options in those wings like 8 options ignor / ref 10%.. hmm hp rec 50% , mana rec 50%, shield gauge rec 50%, agility rec 50%, DSR 10% and DD10% , IncMaxHP 20%. then donators wont say nnothing cause ingame max opt combinate will be 2 ^^. and they wont cry about donating^^ and if 4th wings will be very less % then will be hardly making 4th wings and +13 will be dreaming ^^.
