Running DiabloMu on Windows Vista & Windows 7 + multiple accounts

Run DiabloMu CORRECTLY on Windows Vista & Windows 7. A problem i had when i first installed it on my other computer was that it ran VERY CHOPPY. Like there was MASSIVE lag or something. I had no idea what this was. I got a new graphics card but that didnt help either. Then i discovered something. The correct way to Properly run DiabloMu is listed below.

1. Download the necessary files to run DiabloMu.
2. Install it normally just like u would on XP.
3. Try to run the program.
4. Make sure you are on the Adminstrator user for that computer.
5. Find the launching file in the DiabloMu folder.
6. Right click on it.
7. Click on the Compatibility Tab.
8. Goto where it says Compatibility Mode.
9. Check the box that says Run The Program In Compatibility Mode For:
10. Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
11. Click on Apply at bottom right of Window.
12. DiabloMu should run properly now.

and to run multiple accounts on different users on the same pc : works on xp and win 7

1. make another user administrator on windows
2. enter on second user and make there a copy of your mu folder and rename it
3. open on main user your normal client and on second user run the rename client
- you can select a smaller resolution at the game on second user like 800x600 and put the effect limitation to minimal

for a better performance of your pc do this : works on xp and win 7

1. open the task manager on each user go to processes , select show processes from all users
then on each main.exe press right mouse click then go to set priority and select LOW (you can do this even if you have 1 client open for a better performance)

2. on the second user you can go to > my computer > advanced system settings > performance (visual effects ..) > settings > and select at visual effects > adjust for best performance.
(if you wish to keep the interface select from the list : use visual styles on windows and buttons : use drop shadows for icons labels on desktop : smooth-scroll list boxes : smooth edges of screen fonts) : you can use this on your main user also
