Rollback before the Moss Event was added + Moss Event Changes

The server rolled back from the time since the HDD was replaced and before enabling Moss Merchant Event. This was a decision taken by both staff and players so we don't wanna see anyone complaining about this. Only few hours were lost

Moss Event was reconfigured and seted for non exec items.

We'll need to add again the prizes from advertising event so be patient and try to empty your vault

those are rates for the items and the answer to your question is no. Only non-exc items but better comparing to medals, heart of love, firecrackers, etc

All items up to socketed ones, non exec starting from +1 till +13 with the rates that are mentioned

Didn't modified anything to moss i'll be online when the moss event starts and we'll see if everything is fine
