Rollback after dismantling

The story is that I was at the Chaos Machine talking to a player. We made a deal that I would buy something from him, so I went to the vault, put all my items there and took a 10 bless stack and a 10 soul stack from the vault. I went to Lahip in Lorencia to dismantle my jewels, but after I dismantled the blesses, I noticed that no blesses came back to my inventory. At first I thought maybe it was just a visual bug, so tried to reconnect. Instead of logging out the game froze and crashed. For some time the launcher didn't let me start the game. When I finally connected back in, my character was back at the Noria Chaos Machine with its old inventory. So basically my character and inventory had rollbacked. But when I went to the vault to check if it had also rollbacked, I noticed that it didn't. The vault still had the same items in it that I put there before.
So in the end, I lost 20 jewels and have some items duplicated somehow. :crying:
I didn't duplicate the items on purpose, I am ready to discard the duplicates if I can get back my 10 blesses and 10 souls.

PS! I didn't move any items after the rollback in case I can get the rollback undone.

 

Well, the screenshots were taken exactly 20 minutes before I made the post, so about at 10:37 AM forum time. I guess the time I tried to dismantle the jewels was about 10 minutes or so before that, so about.. 10:25-10:30 maybe? Sorry, I didn't check the exact time when it happened..
My internet is usually fast, so this is pretty weird

 

I guess it's not possible to give me the jewels back then? :dntknw:
