reporting server crash+5 minute rollback

server crashed at 00.15~00.20 and rolled back

just before server disconnected me i managed to kill great golden dragon at the kantru (it was in the very beginning of kantru 1 this time) and got the boks from it, and after i started searching for satyr i got dc'd and when i logged back in the boks were gone, refund?

boks were:
3 x bok+4
2 x bok+5

 

I would like to report many of these losses ))))))))) < refund ?
