Reporting for a bad language.

Just a quick question.
Does insult in foreign language (other than english) count as insult in general (ergo, is it bannable ?).

 

Yes. If the staff member can understand what is being said, the person will definitely be punished for the insult. It would be quite a flaw in the system if you could only be punished for what you said in English.

*Note: I used the search button to find your answer. A guy in Diablo was banned for insulting in Polish.

 

Well, I am asking because I see more and more cussing and racism in polish, coming towards others.
It really makes my country look bad.
For example, just recently I've joined the server after studying maths and the first thing I saw was (translated to english): "I don't pk polish people, only vietnamese gooks"

And I took a screenshot of it, but it really tears me apart (the decision if should I report it).
