Report CS BUG

after 3 times CS, I am sure that it s bug,
I dont know other char but to Soul Master, in CS, We(all soul master) cant use any skill to atk enemy but CS skill (Lance)
all the skill have to push and keep ctrl button if u want to hit enemy, like Icestorm, Decay, etc..., w/o ctrl they dont event hit, no hit, no dame, nothing.
u can check if u want, but it is too disadvantage to SOul master (I dont know what happen with other char) but RF, MG, DK, DL,Elf ... they atk like normal, just Soul have to keep ctrl,
plz check and fix it, thx
