Renas and Hide and Seek event

I went to buy items from Moss the merchant for the first time today. All my Renas in my inventory is gone but I did not receive any items. Time was around 04:03 or 05:03 (your time).

Hide and Seek event I found the guy called Oscar or something, I kept talking to him but there was no response and I didn't receive anything as well. Was I supposed to do anything else beside finding him for the event? Time was around 0535 (your time) I think.

Please help me look into this. Thank you so much.
