Loosing of items and / or zen


1. Items that are lost due to errors, bugs, crashes or other reaons related to the game or server files are reimbursed only if they were correctly registered in the server logs.


2. No items or zen will be refunded after being lost in the Chaos Machine mix combinations.


3. No items or zen will be refunded if you use an unconventional way to exit game. The user must close his vault, trade window, guild, inventory, shop, chaos machine window, golden archer, charon and / or angel messenger before closing the game.


4. No items or zen will be refunded if you lost items during segmented trades.


5. No items or zen will be refunded if they were lost during the transfer from one account to another. The user will not ask strangers to help him move any items to another personal account.





Scam / Theft Reports


1. In case of items theft, only VIP users that have not shared their account may ask for trades information.

2. Not entitled to create a report for items theft and / or characters / guilds deletion:

Generals


1. The user is not entitled to make a report of any kind, if he doesn't have access to the listed email (the one used to register on our site).

2. The user will have only 7 days to complain about suspensions and characters and / or accounts blocks. If the mentioned time has expired you will not receive a response from our staff members.
