   Well, you're the one who actually PM-ed him first after calling you a noob, but as tdor said, you got /whisper off.
   As long as PM is not abused and we don't see multiple racism comments, we can't take action for that since it's a chat that you can control it. If it was on normal chat, he would get banned indeed. Just ignore the kids using a bad language.
