Question: Bad language

    Hello..

    My 13y old son was declining a trade offer from a certain individual ingame.. after this the other person told him some pretty foul things..

    I do not like it when other players act like this. Especially against my next of kin.

    We did a screenshot of the tell(yes.. it was a tell, I know).. but I'm not comfortable with letting my son play this game, if you can do whatever you want in ingame tells.

    Should I post the screenshot, or is it a lost cause?

    Bad language

    My kid was offered a trade for his SM lvl 2 wings. After my advice, I told him to decline, cause he could get better.

    He then got this message from the trader just after he warped to LorenMarket.

    I am aware that the image doesnt fulfill all the requirements of a screenshot. But is this language really allowed in private messages?

    Even though it is foul language and people like him should know better...PM is not punishable which can be a pain for younger players such as your son

    FuryBlade, just tell your son to type /whisper off in order to avoid such lame language.

    Online games will always host such players with bad language but as long as you can block it yourself it should be fine. If it was a normal chat then that player would got banned already

    Could you please remove the image from my previous post, he apologized, and I do not want him stigmatized because of this image.
