    sorry but i would like to ask if i can add option to my +13+12+luck NORMAL dragon boots?

    does doing this make it an exc +13 dragon boots +luck + (the opt that i desire)?

    is there nay restriction or resets limit to perform such dm coin request?

    nope no reset thing....just need the 20 dm coins to add the opt that you want :D
