Purchased item did not show up

    I purchased the Spirit of Guardian with premium points from the vote reward for May. When i finished purchasing it, it did not go to storage in my X window or into my inventory.

    Character name: Coffee

    If you could please refund the 30 premium points or put a spirit of guardian into my inventory/x shop i would greatly appreciate it.
