Problems with trading points for hours

I would like some assistance, because I have picked up points system mues hours access to the site, and so far nothing went into my account, only the polling places. se'ra that can help me with this problem?

Its suck that I have to tell you this, but you have lost those credits. Trading in Online Credit Hour will provide you with credits which could be use them inside the MU WebShop. But you have to "Open" your MU Wallet before trading in such amount...Here are the steps:
1. Login with your personal password.
2. Click on the MU Wallet (On the left hand side)
3. After click this, you will see a link appear "You have Successfully open your MUWallet"
4. Now you can trade in Online Hour
5. Enjoy those credits

yes, it was just that, well at least now I know how to proceed,
I had another problem, but with my char status, despite not having put more points than I should on my mana, my GM Bugou.
