Problem

    hello there,
    I made format on my pc and since then my character disconnects with no reason.
    no error windows , nothing. it just closes.
    can anyone help me fix it? thx :crying:

    it disconnects when? Before entering the game or while you are ingame? Give more details of your problem

    A couple things you could try are...
    If you had the mu installer saved on a flash drive from before the format, try redownloading the installer fresh from the website. If it was a fresh dl try disabling your antivirus and downloading again.

    it just disconnects when i leave it afk at night. when i wake up its just closed.

    i redownloaded the installer, and i already disabled it from anti virus :(

    go to START > run > cmd and type ping google.com -t

    leave the cmd window opened all night and if you get disconnect in Mu, go back to cmd window > press ctrl+c and see lost packets

    Could be a problem from your ISP > bandwidth loosing signal
