Problem with premium coins

    Hello
    Today i buy 3000 premium coin.

    I buy for that panda, seal of healing and seal of ascenion.

    Panda and healing working good, but ascesion is not working, i dont see anything, but premium coins are missing.
    If u need i can give u screen and nr registration for paypal

    in case GM'S dont know what he means. on x shop it says you can use seal of ascenion OR seal of wealth with seal of healing.

    so he bought ascenion and then healing, but first seal disappeared after using second one. :)

    huh? "You may use it with seal of Healing and seal of Divinity" so i dont think that this was the problem.

    Anyway GM's will check it.

    A you can clearly see on the Picture it says that it can be used with other seals . So please think this thru this player deserve to have his points back( for the seal that didnt work). And this should be announced to future donators so they dont waste their points and dont make the same mistake. Im sure you will think about it after all you care about players ,right?

    You may use it with seal of Ascension or Seal of Wealth
    And it didnt work for him.

    I've already explained to HolyMoon inside the game

    This is not a problem with coins. It says that healing can work with that because it can overwrite the seal while seal of wealth won't allow you to do that.

    You shouldn't use more than 1 seal inside buff cathegory as it's a default thing and no one except webzen can't change that as it's client and server side part.

    You may use 1 seal + 1 buff + 1 pet (buff such as battle scroll)


    Also i haven't heard of anyone trying to use 2 seals at a time so i'm quite sure everyone already understood how cashshop works.
