problem with DM credits

-so i have 7000 DM credits in 2 Option Items WebShop.
-i logged into the site
-saw the credits
-enterd the "buy item" menu, cliked "seeds, pets" category, and i chosed fenrir+skill(normal red)
-i prest buy (add item to first free space in vault)
-i did not have the vault open
-i had more then the necesary space
-i got knocked in the face by "you do not have enough credits"
-i tryed up to 4 times + some variations
-NOTHING
-was the problem because under the "seeds, pets" category it was written 0 active? allthow a list apeared, otherwise i could not chose.

 

seeds and fenrir list is only available to buy on full option store . why ? because you can`t have fenrir or seed in 2 option

ok i tried to buy a platina wing staff, the same error that i dont have enough credits, and the staffs were all available. the same price 6500 credits, and i have 7000.

HELP!!!
