problem mastering skill

hi
I do the quest( now i dimension master)(quest complet)
but when I get to lvl 400 exp left wing continued to appear
quize press "A" but nothing aparecion
and appeared on page 1RR and I have 6
between a server and when I walked, from the bar below the lvl always this in "0"

 

when u do the 3rd class quest, the rr on the site reset to 0, but u still have the 6 u made so far, only this time u will have to add them (in ur mind) to the number shown on the site each time u rr,.....like before only now u real rr amount is "number shown on site" + "6"

 

but press the "a" and do not display anything
