Have problem .. Today [19.02.09] i meeting with characters in Lorencia Bar .. and after 1 minute .. In my hero Have been dressed : [ Duel Axe + 13 +edr10% + ad dmg + lk ] .. and after he Was gone ..

ok i try .. [steps ]

1) I login to my account
2)choose character
3)go in vault and swich items ( i dressed new SET / Duel Axe/curse blade )
4)after i read chat ... SMgunner sold (no remember ) sword
5) i meet with him .. he goin in Lorencia bar ! i go with him
6)i trade him .. Gunner sayd wait and sold sword any character
7)i go in lorencia shop ... here im sold ( 4 leather items )
8)after i open my inventroty and listen sound (sound - how dress item in character ) curse blade change hand .. battle axe was gone ..
9) admin pls help me !

 

omfg... u dnt know how to make 1 fullfile item dissapear report?? look u make post under ur post ... and all the time.. You hv on sticky how to make fullfiule report of dissapered item. make it and then past it here. and dnt spam. edit ur posts if u forgot add something.

 

#7/#8 is the problem...my guess is like i have had happen to me before...trying sell items...and then accidentally double clicking to get rid of the item...and it asks you twice if you are sure you want to sell the item....the item will still be on your character in the shop view but once you close...it will not be there so he probably sold it...without trying to

 

admin i dont know how correctly make report .. help me !

 

First use Search buton.
Write you`r char name here,you`r exact items option and a SS with it and then wait for an answer
So make a beautiful and an undersdating request.

lol if you want your item back you'll need to make time to do this...otherwise admin can't do anything at all

 

He maybe tryed to fool us with a fake report.

Ads1551,in case you haven't read the title of this topic,then I'll let you know that this guy is inquiring help from administrators,not from admin-wannabes.So yes,your post is disappointingly useless =(.

 

if you look at another topic...normal forum users are allowed to add their comments if it is a useful one...in which case my reply is totally relevant to the topic, trying to explain to him why he may have lost the item...and on another note it doesn't look like that post was very useful in this post to help him out...where as i am just trying to help anyone/everyone out!

my opinion , this guy is telling the truth , if u read carefully #8 u will realise that he didn't sold his axe to the shop, he sold only leather items, read more carefully #8 and maibe u will understand, and stop reply here cause non of u can help him ,let Sephiroth check his history and make a decision !
