This is a non-rr server, there are plenty of events auto-running already with good prizes for beginners and there is no "short way" on gettin fast to 400.

How about voting for the server and buying the exp seal to get 2x more experience as you want? It's free and doesn't require any donation from your side.
Exp SEAL and daily happyhour event are easy ways to obtain 4x more experience than normal as well.
