    Please Help me with this problem.My account is *******.My char is Kanjuan and get stuck.I try to unstuck with Unstuck function in WebSite but its impossible.I dont know what happen so pls help me with this.Tks so much!

    1more thing,i am not in game but when i log in,it report that i already conected.Thats why i cant use unstuck function in web
