Password problem for webshop

Hi, I'm trying to get into the full option webshop from the website using firefox and it's giving me some problems. I can log in to my account panel and open up the web shop login form, but when I log into the shop it tells me the password I am trying to use is incorrect and won't let me in. I know for 100% certain that I am using the same password that I used to log in to the main site, and it works fine there.

Is there any reason why this should be happening? It recognises that my account exists but tells me the password is wrong when it is definitely not.

The web shop doesn't load at all with IE7. The login box slides across the screen from right to left and then moves off the screen.

I managed to type it quickly into the box, but it still gives me the same message, tells me my password is invalid even though I just used the exact same details to log into the website.
