online hours

i just exchange my online hours for credits.. i had 25 h and 29 min,
i clicked exchange and when i looked in mu wallet my credits are 0. it should be 50 credits..
what is the problem ?

I'm guessing you failed to open a Mu Wallet BEFORE exchanging the credits. (It warns you in bold letters.)

 

You should've opened your wallet before, unfortunately u lost those 50 credits i'm sorry, but this happens a lot, and you can see all the warnings typed in RED before you exchange them. The good thing is you didn't wait to exchange and u lost only 50.

 

i guess so.. i just wasted 25 h for nothing.
yah.. i think i forgot to open mu wallet first.. my mistake..
ok univers.. only 50 credits.. but those 50 credits means 25 hours.. and i don`t stay online 24/24

 

Well in Diablo i lost 20 days being 24/24, about 1100 credits because of this, 50 credits its not much believe me ^^ Don't worry u'll recover them without knowing
