   where is npc for 3rd quest in crywolf???
   Some1 told me it will appear after we won cw event.
   Im hope its a joke yes??
   Many players has already 3rd class and they hadnt to make this event.Well im curious if this is bug or no.... im hope yes

   They made the 3rd class before the npc was set to spawn only after CW event.
   
   Now it spawns only after Crywolf is won-

   infact it was me that was spawning it from time to time.
   
   Devin Priest appears during crywolf event and permanently if the event is won. So everyone don't be lazy and go to crywolf event. More players = more chances
