[FIX] Weakness Skill: Reduces monsters attack rate by 10%


[FIX] Innovation Skill: Reduces monsters defence rate by 10%


[CORRECTED] Sahamutt, Neil, Ghost Phantom Damage Order: They now follow the default damage formula
