my phoenix soul boots was gone help please

    Good day!after i warped at crywolf to go balgass event, my phoenix soul boots [+15+luck+20+dd+hp+ref+pink+7%dd yellow opt] was gone and i tried to switch char/select server still doesnt show...can you please help me with this problem Gm/Admin?

    Please specify position of your item in the moment this happend (vault, inventory, item was equiped), exact date when this happend, aproximate hour, where did you obtained that item from (ingame trade, webshop). I will be gladly assist you once I will have these details.

    from the time i first reported...8:14pm at your time yesterday... it was equipped sir..i bought it from the webshop after i GR..thanks for the reply sir

    I have checked the logs and last time the item was seen on Server 1 and Server 2 was:
    19:58:38 [Save] [*******:1hit] Slot 6 [Phoenix Soul Boots +15,S0,L1,Opt5,Ser52008940,Dur253,Exc1011000,Set0] (Server 1)
    05:06:16 [Save] [*******:1hit] Slot 6 [Phoenix Soul Boots +15,S0,L1,Opt5,Ser52008940,Dur253,Exc1011000,Set0] (Server 2 )


    Added 1514 webshop credits to your account so you may buy that boots again in order to keep the unique serial. However, you will need to add the pink and yellow option again.
