my items disappeared

    i just had my reset this afternoon then after that all of my items that I'm wearing are gone.. also my stats are back to 25 stats points each.....
    I already had 42 resets and i nid both my items and stats to lvl up faster...

    Please check and fix the problem ASAP!!!!!!!!
