my ITEM DISAPPEARED!!!

i was leveling my self at davias 3 where there are black crawling mobs that drops sacred birth's... i was continueing to pick up starts and dropping them. when i was about to reach lvl 200 i warped myself back to noria to drop and sell the contents of the stars. buy when i take a look at my inventory, my CHINA SWORD +13+luck+EXC DMGE was already gone

how can i even secure a screenshot when its already gone! huhuhu
i tried to clear out my items in the inventory and put it in my vault. i changed character, i changed server and even relogin the game... there was no china sword!!!

THIS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE BUT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPEN DIDNT REALLY MATTER COZ ITS A CHEAP ITEM. BUT NOW, CHINA SWORD +13+luck+EXC DMGE IS A DIFFERENT STORRY... I HOPE YOU GUYS CAN HELP ME!!!

i did

i did all the steps... you can even check my character. i didnt go to shop or even machines.

the item was in me for i think almost 2 months

i did the clearing of inventory and reloging-in but nothing happend

plz help me and go online

To get your item back if it dissapeared in other situations than mentioned up ...
