My item disappeared after trade.

    Hello.

    The whole situation was in LoT. I wanted to trade xplate shoes between my chars. So i put the item into trade window accepted and after that my shoes gone. I checked both chars, than i tried to relog. Didint help. Well it was not a rare item but it could happen again.

    And how could we help you when we don't even have the character names or a aproximate time when this happend? Seriously people, we cannot guess everything.

    Reply with the following: date when this happend, aproximate hour and minute, both character names.

    There were no reports in more than 3 years regarding items dissapear issues after trades, so definetly worths a check and see what exactly happend.

    Incident happend today about 4.00 to 4.30 pm the server time. I was trading from Sunday to Friday.
